Overview
Brōf Kti̽f Ner was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1276, by Knelmy Gharthat. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Knelmy Gharthat.
Brōf Kti̽f Ner was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Brōf Kti̽f Ner is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Brōf Kti̽f Ner is was constructed arround several restrictive flagstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Brōf Kti̽f Ner's exceptionaly well made fortifications are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Brōf Kti̽f Ner is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.

Points of Interest
Brōf Kti̽f Ner has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).
Brōf Kti̽f Ner is known for its unusual rock formations.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Brōf Kti̽f Ner was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Brōf Kti̽f Ner lost 197 people, 342 livestock, and 53 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 226, when members of Brōf Kti̽f Ner's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular special forces group to a safe location. The operation was complicated by aggravated civilians, who cause problems for the militia for a host of reasons. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the strategic location, which ended in a stalemate for Brōf Kti̽f Ner's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Brōf Kti̽f Ner's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
